• A statement that the information in the DMCA notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We will promptly investigate and respond to all claims of copyright infringement. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material. We will also provide that user with a copy of the DMCA notice and the opportunity to request that we reinstate the removed content.
